Can I pay with instant EFT?
Yes, you can pay via instant EFT. You can also pay using your credit and debit card, Visa and Mastercard is accepted.

If I am not happy with my purchases, can I return them for a full refund?
Lady of Light accepts the return of goods purchased on our website provided that the goods are unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Goods must be returned within 7 (seven) days from the delivery date. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more details. Please note that the following goods and/or services are not eligible for return, exchange, refund or store credit : General Reading, Love Reading, Career Reading.

What do I do if I never received my order?
You should allow the standard delivery time of 3 - 5 business days. Should your order not be delivered during this time frame, please let us know by contacting us and we shall follow up immediately.

Can you send my order to an address that is different to my billing address?

Yes we can. Simply stipulate the delivery address in the shipping column when you checkout. This is convenient if you prefer your order to be delivered to your work place, a friend or if it's a gift.

We try to include as much information in the product description as possible so that you can make informed decisions for your highest good and healing in mind.
